Terms of Service

The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the User in relation to the use of the digital platform service provided by the Company, and other necessary matters.

The definitions of the terms used in these Terms are as follows:

1. "Service" refers to all services provided by the Company.
2. "User" refers to all users who agree to these Terms and use the services provided by the Company.

1. The service use agreement is established when the user agrees to these Terms and the Company accepts the user's application for use.
2. The Company shall, in principle, accept the use of the service for the user's application. However, the Company may not accept the use in any of the following cases:
   • If it is not a real name or if it is used in the name of another person
   • If false information is entered or if the contents specified by the Company are not entered
   • If the application is made for the purpose of disrupting social order or good morals
   • If other requirements for use set by the Company are not met

1. The Company provides the following services to users:
   • Digital platform service
   • All services provided to users through additional development by the Company or through partnership agreements with other companies
2. The Company can change the service to be changed and the date of provision by notifying the user in the method specified in Article 8, and can provide the existing service after changing it.

1. The Company must have a security system for the protection of personal information so that users can use the service safely, and must disclose and comply with the personal information processing policy.
2. If a user's complaint related to the service is received, the Company must immediately handle it, and if appropriate handling is difficult, the reason and schedule for handling must be notified to the user.

1. Users should not do any of the following acts in the process of using the service provided by the Company:
   • Registration of false contents at the time of application for use or change
   • Theft of others' information
   • Changing the information posted by the Company
   • Acts that violate other conditions of use set by the Company

The Company is not responsible for service interruptions, loss of user data, errors, etc. caused by natural disasters, force majeure, service reform, user's fault, etc.

Disputes related to these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the resolution of disputes is under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

1. These Terms have their effect on all users who use the service.
2. The Company can change the Terms if necessary, and if the Terms are changed, they will be announced without delay.
